Learn how to nurture your existing client database or how to build one into a thriving children's portrait business. Ted and Jennifer have operated a successful home studio in Pasadena Texas since 1983 that specializes in children and family portraiture. After years of photographing weddings, the Penlands decided to set their sites on a more family oriented form of portraiture. Giving them more time to spend with their own family, Ted and Jennifer have proven that you don't have to have a large database or buy an expensive mailing list to be a success in the children's portrait market.
The Penlands will share how they have used direct mail, newsletters, special events photography and very personalized service to create a clientele that will generate sales year round and create clients and friends for a lifetime. Learn what you can do to set your studio apart in this slow economy by offering something different digitally. Create products that your local chain photographers can not provide. As photographers, we are a luxury item that can quickly be eliminated from the family finance pyramid. Learn how to make your clients feel that your portraiture is a necessity.
