The winner of the Photographer of the Year for 2010 is Julie Burleson. Julie scored an impressive victory over her fellow Professional Photographers of the Heart of Texas Professional Photographers Guild located in Central Texas. Julie demonstrated a high degree of excellence in her photography throughout the 2010 season. Judging of the monthly entries in image competition is accomplished by the HOTPPG membership and shows their appreciation of the entrants skills and efforts.
