We are constantly looking for entertaining and informative programs for our monthly meetings. If you have one you want to share, please contact us. HOTPPG is PPA affiliate organization and as such can offer a PPA service merit in return for your presentation. We also provide modest travel expenses and overnight accomidations if needed.

The attendance at a typical meeting is about 25 area photographers. We've had as many as sixty for a well promoted large event. A usual meeting draws photograpahers from around the central Texas area... Waco, Temple, Killeen and numerous smaller surrounding communities. We regularly get a few from the metroplex or Austin as well.

Our meetings are held in a well equipped working commercial photography studio. A projector, screen, sound system and internet connections are availble. Just let us know what you'll be using and we'll be ready for you.

Our web site is well traveled by search engines. Help us put a meaningful promotion of your presentation on our site and it might just help to give your site a little boost in the rankings.

To properly promote your event we need a few things from you:
1. A paragraph describing the nature of your program.
2. A paragraph describing your background
3. A link to your company's web site
4. A photograph of you
5. A few (maybe three) photographs of your work
6. Links and/or logos of any sponsors you may have.
7. Your PPA number if we are to award you a speaking merit.

IMPORTANT: Plain text documents... no formatting, colors or fonts at all... are strongly preferred. Send images as sRGB jpeg files no larger than 1000 pixels on the longest side (they'll be used much smaller). Ideally just send a plain text email with the images attached to: info@hotppg.org. If you prefer to send an exisiting formatted document, please use Word or PDF format documents.
